About Us

Reilly & Madison Hughes have been Elite level competitive dancers since the age of 6.  They have both won many First Place Overall Awards, Top Overall Awards, Judge's Choice Awards, Technique Awards, Creative Movement, Total Commitment, and Best of the Weekend Awards for their tap, jazz, lyrical, musical theater, and contemporary solos and duets.  They have also won full dance scholarships, half scholarships, free solo entry awards, and invitational awards to dance in top industry conventions and competitions throughout the US.  Reilly and Madison started Level Up Dance Company in 2021 when they were just 16 & 14 years old.  Reilly & Madison teach all classes and have choreographed over 150 dances in all genres including jazz, hip hop, musical theater, lyrical, contemporary, acrobatic/open, as well as  a full musical theater production.   Reilly & Madison  have been successful in attending top Nationally recognized competitions and have  won Top Studio Awards, Studio of Excellence, Entertainment Excellence Champion, Choreography Excellence Champion, Ultimate Championship Invitational Awards,  Top Choreography in Musical Theater, Jazz , Hip Hop, and Open categories, & Acrobatic Artists Awards.  They have trained and led their dancers to win many First Place Overall Awards, Top Ten Overall Awards, Judges Choice Awards, and Dance Scholarship Awards.   Reilly & Madison are accomplished choreographers with experience choreographing Solos, Duets, Trios, Small Groups, Large Groups, Lines, Grand Lines, and Production dances.   Level Up Dance Company was nominated for the best dance studio in Ponte Vedra in 2023 and 2024.  Outside of the studio, both girls are very successful models.  Reilly has booked over 300 commercial print jobs for companies such as Ralph Lauren, Lilly Pulitzer, Vogue, Hannah Andersson, Carter's, Osh Kosh, The Children's Place, Disney, Universal Studios, Target, Party City, Kohls, Capezio Dancewear, and many more.  Madison also has an extensive modeling resume including jobs for companies such as Disney World, Visa, Universal Studios, Toys R Us, Macy's,  Diesel, Vogue, Carters, and many more.  Both Reilly and Madison can be seen featured in many TV commercials for large companies including Disney World and Universal Studios as well as music videos.  Reilly and Madison both continue their dance training in all genres and have recently added Ballroom and Latin Dance to their resume.   If not in the dance studio, or in front of a camera, Reilly & Madison enjoy staying physically fit by going to the gym and staying active throughout the day.  They enjoy going to the beach,  playing pickleball, running, and spending time with family.
